Where we came from and what we intend to do...

The Final Touch was started in April 2001. We began with two 6-head embroidery machines and a guy on the computer trying to learn how to work them. Now, after 5 years and a lot of mistakes we might not know how to avoid them, but we learned how to correct them. We still do not consider ourselves experts by any means, but we we do feel that we know a thing or two about what we do. Not only did we grow from a small shop in a garage and move to a 6,000 sq. ft. facility, we have dramatically expanded our services.

We now have one of the largest embroidery departments in our area. Our shop is equipped with 6 different embroidery machines and 20 embroidery heads. Meaning we can run 20 items at the same time or break the runs up to do multiple jobs at once. We only use Barudan Machines, which by the way are considered one of, if not the best in the industry. Also all of our digitizing is done in house, which means we do not have to rely on someone else's work. Everything we embroider is personally guaranteed to satisfy.

We specialize in custom designs created by our computer graphics department. Our shop has the capability to do just about anything our customer demands. This ranges from 3-D embroidery to laser cut tackle twill decorations. Not only do we have the ability to design whatever you want, we have a small fortune invested in clip art and stock embroidery designs. This allows us to give our customers exactly what they are looking for.

With our new facility we expanded into the art of screen printing.

Here we go again back to the computer, we now had to learn how to set up designs for screening. With a little help from friends and our graphic design experience we now also have one of if not the best screen printing departments in our area.

Our shop alone has enough equipment to put out thousands of items per day. We operate an M&R 6-color automatic press along with a 6-color manual press. We also have the capability to screen numbers with our in-line number press. Our screen printing department also uses what are known as roller frames to guarantee correct tension of the screen mesh, which allows for consistent, quality and precision printing every time.

Again, all of our screening is done in house. This allows us to turn jobs around quickly and efficiently. Our vast stock of T-shirts and sweatshirts also add to our quick and convenient turnaround. We make our own screens and use only the best inks available. This along with my experienced staff allows me to stand behind any job that leaves our screen printing department.

Of course we couldn't stop there, all of our graphic knowledge lead us into the ability to print and cut. We began with the standard heat applied vinyl, typically used for names and numbers. This technique has been around for awhile, we have just expanded that idea and went to the extent of doing single items by using these same methods. We can now cut out a simple design to be heat applied rather that risk the cost of a screen for 1 item.

We also have a Versa cam Sp300 which gives us the capability to not only print on just about anything, but it can also cut the design out. This allows us to do things such as full color stickers, High durability laminated stickers such as helmet decals or car graphics. It also gives us the capability to create our own custom magnets and static clings, popular with many little leagues and booster clubs. We also have the ability to produce full color, photo quality banners.

We can also take time to either help you apply these vinyl graphics or do the job entirely ourselves. These jobs can get very complicated so we suggest you talk to us about what you are interested in doing, so we can give you an exact quote on your particular project. This type of work is still somewhat new to us but, we will still stand behind anything that leaves our shop.

You name it we can now do it all. This past year we added an engraver to our collection. So now we can also fill all of your needs as far as trophies and awards. Anything from your basic engraved name plate on a column trophy to laser etched wood or acrylic.

We did not hold back at all when we entered this field, we are currently open with just about all of the major distributors of trophies and awards.  You name it and we can find it.  Speak to any of our customers and they will tell you our quality speaks for itself.

We went out and bought one of the best laser cutters on the market.  This thing contains a 70 watt laser, which has the capability to cut or engrave a line that is .0078 of an inch.  That can created crystal clear lettering that you may need a magnifying glass to read.  This machine also has the ability to burn or etch just about anything from gun stocks to footballs.

This vast range of services gives us the ability to be your one stop shop.  You may never need to go anywhere else for your corporate needs.  But we are not done yet, we feel that we can provide you with so much more.  After entering this business we quickly learned that there is a whole lot more out there that we could easily offer our customer base.

Along with the quality name we have built as the Final Touch, we have decided to expand once again into the wide world of sports…

As the owner of The Final Touch, I would like to introduce you to our latest expansion…
